This webinar builds on the foundational information presented in our last Working with Medicare webinar. It provides an overview of D-SNP contracting strategies and considerations for states with integrated D-SNPs. It is the second in a series of three webinars. Learning Objectives: By the end of this presentation, attendees should be able to:

  • Describe two state contracting strategies that states can use when developing integrated care models for dually eligible individuals;
  • Understand Medicaid regulations that states should keep in mind when leveraging D-SNPs to cover Medicaid benefits for enrollees; and
  • Describe procurement and timeline considerations for states contracting with integrated D-SNPs.
